What ServiceTitan is
A full platform for running a field service company at scale: dispatch, call booking, customer history, inventory, reporting, payroll and the rest. Shops that use it properly tend to be large enough to have people whose job is the software.
BidRise does none of that. Not a smaller version of it. None of it.
What BidRise is
An app for the moment you’re standing in a crawlspace deciding what to charge. Talk the job through, it prices from your own price book, lays out options if you want them, and the customer signs on their phone before you leave.
It works for plumbing and HVAC, on iPhone, Android and in a browser.
Who should look at BidRise instead
A one to ten truck residential shop where the owner still runs calls, the schedule lives in a phone, and the real bottleneck is that estimates get written at night. That shop does not need dispatch optimization. It needs the quote to leave the house when the plumber does.
Who should not
If you book calls through a dispatch center, track inventory across multiple warehouses, run maintenance agreements at volume, or need reporting across several locations, nothing here replaces that. Look at a platform in the same class, not at an estimating app.
Connecting the two
There’s no direct ServiceTitan integration. The app includes a guide for bridging through Zapier, since ServiceTitan has no direct webhook input, but that’s a workaround rather than a supported connection, and it’s worth knowing that before you plan around it. The Jobber and HubSpot connections are live if either of those is in your stack.
Finding out cheaply
Thirty days free, no card. Write real estimates with it. If the only thing you wanted from a platform was faster quotes, you’ll know inside a week.
BidRise isn’t affiliated with ServiceTitan. Product capabilities change, so check their current documentation before making a decision.
