Short on purpose
A hose bib replacement doesn’t need a four page proposal. This form is one page: who you are, who they are, what the work is, what it costs, and a line to sign. Anything longer and it doesn’t get filled in.
The one line people leave off
Notes. Use it. “Price assumes the shutoff is accessible.” “Does not include drywall repair.” “Permit billed at cost.” Three seconds of writing there saves an hour of arguing later, and it’s the difference between a quote and an argument waiting to happen.
The fastest quote usually wins
Homeowners call three plumbers. Two say they will put something together and send it over. If yours is the one in their hand before you drive off, you’re usually the one they call back, and it has very little to do with being cheapest.
If you want that speed without the handwriting, the app builds the quote from your price book while you talk, and the customer signs it on their phone.
